North Star Enterprise has been instructed by a full service Digital Agency to find a Senior Sales Executive and new sales talent. The business is growing rapidly under the leadership of a high-profile CEO and a highly experienced management team. The client has a warm, friendly and professional working culture with minimal KPIs and no micro-management.
The hiring firm offers full-service digital marketing services. They are working with many prestige and global brands. Using powerful predictive marketing insights our client’s portfolio of tools, platforms and algorithms maximise their clients’ return on investment across multi-channel marketing campaigns. Unlike other digital agencies, using machine learning-based technology, the client can test and assess the impact of everything they do before execution.

To be considered you should be able to demonstrate relevant sector experience, including; new client wins and the ability to grow accounts. You should have a clear understanding of how to build a sales pipeline against scorecard, how to pitch face-to-face and how to demonstrate value across a complex and rich digital offering, including:
- advertising campaigns,
- SEO optimisation
- measuring the real ROI of digital campaigns
- data analytics
- insight tools and platforms
- consultancy and advisory services to major Plc client prospects
